switch board manager

I created switch board and closed database. And i opened database again, i
could see switch board. It was ok!!

I'd like to modify my switch board, form, query and database. switch board
is running always. I'd like to disable switch board. So i have checked help
menu and data of community. I could see the way but in my case i could not
see any menu. So i cannot disable switch board. How do i disable switch
board...

Open the database while pressing the shift key. This should prevent the
Start settings to be applied. To prevent the switchboard to show up the
next time you start Access, click Tools, Start and remove the name of
the startup form.
