Switch home fixtures to away?

Hi Folks

Sorry, I know very little about Word, so this might be a stupid
question, but what I'm trying to do is create a macro that will turn a
string such as "Golf Club v Noust 2" in our darts fixtures to "Noust 2
v Golf Club". I could have done this if every team name was the same
number of words, but they aren't, so now I'm stuck!! I guess the
secret is in the " v " bit in the middle, but my knowledge is too
limited to know how to do this.

Hi Keith,

You can create a macro to do this, but you don't NEED to. Instead, you can
use wildcard search and replace. Open the Replace dialog box, select the Use
Wildcards check box.

In the Find what box, type "(*)( v )(*)^13" without the quotation marks.
This assumes that each darts fixture is in its own paragraph.
In the Replace with box type "\3\2\1^p" without the quotation marks. Click
Replace All.
