Switch Identities

I have recently updated to Office 2003. in doing so my previously saved
emails and contacts were carried thru to 2003 version. But, my partners
identity (accessed previously under 'switch identities') lost all previously
saved emails and contacts! Any idea why and how we can re-access them?

Outlook has no such feature. The feature you describe is in Outlook Express.
