Switch Japanese Office to English

I started working for a Japanese company with Japanse Office installed. I
would like to use an English version.

Is it possible to switch a Japanese Office Version to English? If not, what
is the cheapest and easiest way to replace the Japanese Version at my
workplace with an English version? Does my company have to buy a full new
license for an English version? And can it be implemented in the network with
the other Japanese versions without problems?
