I am trying to switch my email account from 1 computer to
an anther.
Going through Tools, Accounts Add (mine) delete (current)
and than restart computer.

The old (current) emails still come up even though mine
says it's default.

How do I switch email accounts from my old pc to my new pc
(using LAN)

You can copy your pst-file from computer to the other.
On the new machine you'll have to recreate your mailserver settings for your
ISP
The connect to the pst-file on the new computer by using File-> Open->
Outlook Data File.
