Switch to Outlook from Netscape mail

I was using Netscape for a web browser and e-mail, but decided to switch to
IE and Outlook so I uninstalled the Netscape stuff. But now Outlook can't
find my old Netscape e-mail folders and messages. Is there any way that
Outlook can locate all of my old Netscape e-mails?
Help! I had some important messages in there.
