switchboard button not open

I have inherited an Access 2000 database. One of the
buttons on the switchboard will not open on my computer.
(The other buttons work fine.) I am able to pop it open on
other boxes using my login in. The IT guys have reloaded
my box from scratch. Is there a driver I am missing? Any
suggestions?
