Switchboard conversion 02 - 97 format

Thanks in advance for the assist.

I converted a 2002 database backward to 97 format. When I
did so, I could not view the switchboard in 97. I rebuilt
the switchboard in 97 (Tools/Addins/Switchboard..etc). I
can see the Switchboard when I follow the Tools/Addins
path. I cannot see the switchboard in the forms section
of 97. How to I get the switchboard I created, to show
and open on database start up?

2002 version works great! 97 does not work or is it
viewable outside Tools menu path.

PS....I tried to get the person to update to 2002 - NO
LUCK!
