Switchboard Corruption

I have a DB that gets corrupted, but the Compact/Repair utility does not
fix it immediately. I was able to isolate the problem to the Switchboard
form, which I deleted then imported from a backup. That, followed by a
Compact/Repair, fixes the corruption. This happens regularly. Any idea
what is causing the corruption on this basic Switchboard form? (There are
only 6 switchboard pages. The main switchboard has a small embedded image.)
