Switchboard disappears in Access XP

Does anyone know how to solve a problem with the
switchboard disappearing? I'm using Access XP - I've set
up a switchboard but it's not appearing as "Switchboard"
(or anything else) in the forms window.

I can create a new switchboard in a new database, but I
can't delete the default switchboard in this database in
order to start over.

Is my only recourse to create a new database and copy all
my tables/queries/forms/etc. and then re-run switchboard
manager?
