Switchboard full screen

Put a DoCmd.Maximize statement in the form's open event:

Private Sub Form_Open(Cancel As Integer)
DoCmd.Maximize
End Sub

Is it possible to make a switchboard come up maximized (full screen) in
Access 2000?
