Switchboard Hotkeys

I had no problem with assigning hotkyes I forms, but for the life of me I
can`t get them to work on a switchboard. Does anyone know how it`s done?
Where eaxctly do I assign them> In the Switchboard Manager?

I use them in Switchboards and they work just like in a form - &Go makes the
G a hotkey.
