Switchboard in 2007

I use the switchboard wizard in 2007 to create a switchboard but when I go to
look at the finished product the main switchboard page shows no items. If I
look at the switchboard table all items are there they are just not visible
on the switchboard page.

I bet that right under the 'ribbon' there's a Security Warning Certain
content in the databases has been disabled and next to it there's an Options
button when you start the database. Click on the Options button and select
Enable This Content.
