Switchboard items not showing

I use the switchboard wizard in 2007 to create a switchboard but when I go to
look at the finished product the main switchboard page shows no items. If I
look at the switchboard table all items are there they are just not visible
on the switchboard page.

Hi,

Basic questions: Did you add the things to the default menu or another
menu? Did you change the default menu? Did you close the switchboard and
reopen it? Changes will not show up, or it may not function correctly, if
you do not do so. Did you delete anything from the switchboard form while in
design view?
