Switchboard not access latest form

Hi, Im a first time access user so I may be doing things the wrong way round.
Ive created a switchboard and linked forms to it that are to open in add
mode. The problem is that if I then go and change anything in the form the
switchboard continues to open the earlier version. Any comments would be
greatfull appreciated. Im using access 2007 but its in 2003 compatiable mode
as work only has 2003. Many thanks.

Instead of creating multiple versions of a form in the same database, just
copy the entire file as a backup, and work on the original form.
