Switchboard not coming up

I had my switchboard coming up on start up of the data
base I was running. Now I load the data base and the
switchboard won't come up automatically. I have to double
click on the switchboard form.Anyhelp would be great. I
thought I checked the properties of the switchboard , but
obviously I missed something..thanks ahead of time

I'm sure you already checked, but in Tools>>Startup is the Switchboard
listed in the Display Form/Page box? Has the name changed?
