Switchboard not Working

I have created a switchboard in Access 2002 (XP) and it
works fine on the machine I created it on. However when I
move teh dattabase to another machine when the switchboard
tries to load I get a runtime 430 erro (Class does not
support Automation) WHat does that mean and what is the
problem?

It sounds like you may be missing a dll on the new
machine. Try looking at the references to see if any is
marked Missing.
