Switchboard not working

I have developed a switchboard as a user interface for my access database;
however, even though I have it defined and the 'default', when I open the
database, the switchboard does not appear. HELP!!!!! WHAT AM I DOING WRONG!

[Tools] / [Startup] / [Display Form/Page]

Then choose the form you want to have display on startup. They are not
sorted alphabetically.
