Forgot to add, if you later need to bypass this, in order to work on the app,
press down the <Shift> key, and holding it down, open the database. Keep it
depressed until the database window (where you see forms, tables, queries,
etc) comes up.
1. Click the Microsoft Office Button Button image, and then click Access
Options.
2. Click Current Database, and then in the Display Form list, select the form
that you want to display when the database starts.
3. Click OK, and then close and reopen the database to display the startup
form.
