Switchboard Page

Does anyone know why I cannot create a switchboard page
in Access 2000? I created the Macros and configured the
switchboard mananger, but when I exit it does not create
the page.

If you created your Table with the wizard, a switchboard is automatically created. However, if you didn't you can create one from scratch.
Go to:
Tools
Database Utilities
Switchboard Manager (follow steps)

If you only want the switchboard to be displayed, go to:
Tools
Startup
Uncheck the box that reads "Display Database Window"

If you want to fix the size of the Switchboard Form window, Open the Form in Design View:
Doubleclick the Form Selector (the square on the left side of the ruler) (this opens the Property box)
Click 'dialog' in the borderStyle property box (or click Thin or None)
