Hi there! Thanks you in advance to anyone who is willing to walk me through
this one.
I had my database setup to open my switchboard on startup. t worked fine for
a few days and then I started getting the following error message when I
opened the database:
The expression On Open you entered as the event property setting produced
the following error: . (Yes, that's right, it's a period after no actual
description!)
*The expression may not result in the name of a macro, the name of a
user-defined function, or [Event Procedure].
*There may have been an error evaluating the function, event, or macro.
So here's where I screwed it up big time! Knowing that I have no actual
macros, user-defined functions, or basic code of any kind in my feeble
database I figured the error must be coming from one of the options in the
Startup Window where you setup which form to start with and other check box
setting. I figured I must have accidentally check or unchecked something
important and decided to reverse it. I began unchecking boxes hoping the
error would fix and now I've disabled myself completely from being able to
use any Access features in general.
HELP!!!
Thanks!
