Switchboard

I have created a main switchboard, with secondary
switchboards for forms and reports. When I try to add
text in the design view to label each switchboard
differently, the text shows up on every switchboard.

Any advice?

Use the modify switchboard menu to make the changes. than
you will only affect the appropriate menu. You also can
do this in the menu item table.

Thanks for responding but I'm not quite sure what you mean
by the switchboard menu. How do I get to the switchboard
menu?

Sorry Mac. It took me a bit to respond this time.
When you are using a sample mdb file, and the switchboard
menu is used, at the bottom of the first (main) switch
board is normally a selection button that allows you to
modify the switchboard. That is what I was refering to
with the switchboard menu.
The switchboard is a special arrangmeent of files which
should be modified carefully and best using the modify
menu from the main switch board. I do not at this moment
have access to the switchboards so I can not tell you the
exact wording.
