Is there a way to set a password on a particular menu item on the switchboard.

I'm using Access feature for creating the switchboard.

Depending on what you are doing, you could add password protection to a form
or a report, but it would be very easy for a knowledgable person to crack.
You might consider, instead, implementing user level security by which you
could prevent people opening any object in your database, unless they have
proper permissions. Check into the Security FAQ. There is a link to it on
