Switched to Satellite Internet from Slow dial-up, Cannot publish or save Web site pages or access th

I'm dismayed by the fact that I cannot access or even save or do
anything to any web sites that are hosted by the same company I've been
using for years. Have FP 2003, and had no problem "SAVING" my pages, I
never "published" when I had dial-up, but as you can imagine, it was
painfully slow. Now with the great speed of satellite internet, I
CANNOT do anything! Can't get to the pages, a dialog box comes up with
the user name and password which I diligently put in, to no avail. Got
a call into the web hosting company, and wondering what I can do on my
end. I never published, btw, always just saved. What am i doing wrong?
I also used the FP cleaner, it seemed to delete a lot of files I didn't
need, but that was it.

Any suggestions? I have direcway satellite system.
