Yes, a .pst file can be used by multiple mail profiles.

Thanks for prompt reply.
I'm using a pop3 account. Will I be able to selectt the sender's email
address before sending a new mail or replying or forwarding?

If you have multiple mail accounts in that profile, you will be able to choose which to send with.

No, you're putting an email address in the From field. That is not the same as choosing a mail profile, which can be done only when Outlook starts.

My requirement is as follows
1) I have 2 login profiles
A] (e-mail address removed)
B][email protected]

2) When I start outlook I'll select profile A]Mandar by default.
3) After login I should be able to send new emails/replies or should be able
to forward emails with the profile as per my requirement.
4) At the same time I should be able to see and receive the mails sent to
either of the profiles mentioned above online.

Please give me the solution.

A mail address is not a profile. Assuming those are two different POP3 accounts, you can add them both to one Outlook mail profile.
