Switching dictionary cumbersome

Outlook 2003:

I often have to switch from a German to an English dictionary. Currently I
have to open the spell checker - choose another dictionary - CLOSE spell
checker again and reopen it in order to get the correct dictionary.

Is there another (quicker) way to have that task done?
