Switching from Outlook Express to Outlook

I have been using Outlook Express for a year and have a
ton of saved messages, addresses, etc. on it. I would
like to switch to using (regular) Outlook. I have it
downloaded, but does anyone know how to switch over from
Outlook Express to Outlook all my messages, addresses,
etc.???? Thanks for your help.
