Outlook 2003 email problems

Have Publisher 2003, created and published the website using FTP back in
August 2005, with periodic minor changes that always re-published, last one
being done in January 2006. I have a new, redesigned website that I want to
replace the one I first published back in August - different file name,
totally different layout and content. When I go to Publish To Web, and
select the FTP path, it asks me if I want to replace the file, cause a file
with that name already exists. I say yes, and I get a box that appears
mentioning filtered html files and I need to make changes to the original
..pub file and republish. I click OK and it looks like it is saving to the
FTP, but the Saving bar never building to 100%, it never builds at all. Go
to the site, old website. I went to "delete internet files", still old site.
I then saved my new .pub website as the old .pub file and tried publishing,
the same thing.

You can try:
1.. On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Web tab.
2.. Under Saving, clear the Enable incremental publish to the Web check
box.
Or, I would probably suggest that you go to your web server and delete all
the old Publisher HTML files and then upload your new HTML files. I have
found less chance of problems if you get rid of the old to make room for the
new.
