Switching Over from Netscape to Outlook - Please Help!

Hi, I'm finally biting the bullet and switching over to Outlook 200
from Netscape Messenger 7.1. I have a handful of questions and woul
immensely appreciate any assistance..

1) I have nearly a thousand important e-mails archived in folders i
my Netscape Messenger. How can I transfer/import thes
e-mails/e-mail folders into Outlook

2) I also have hundreds of contacts/address books in my Netscap
Messenger. How can I transfer/import these e-mails/e-mail folder
into Outlook

3) If you have Outlook on a home and work computer, is it possible t
sync/copy your calendar and contacts between the computers

4) Is it possible to compose e-mails in Outlook in text as opposed t
HTML? If so, how do you change these settings

5) If you're sending an e-mail to a contact in Outlook, and tha
contact has multiple e-mail addresses, what do you do if you want t
second it to their second or third e-mail address (not their firs
e-mail address, which seems to be the default)? What if you want t
send the e-mail to all of their e-mail addresses
