Switching to Design mode crashes Access

If I open a report then switch to design mode Access crashes. I've sent a
report to MS every time.

My Circumstances are:
Windows XP SP2 + All critical and optional updates except journal viewer.
Access 2002 SP3 + Hotfixes
Office XP Developers Pack
StarTeam & SCC Interface

I can open reports in design mode OK from the db window. Is there a general
problem switching from preview to design mode?
