If you use ftp, you don't need FP server extensions. You should contact
your host for the exact ftp path they want you to use, and what login
credentials are required. (they aren't necessarily the same as http
credentials).
Also, if the extensions are installed, and you want to use ftp, ask your
host to uninstall the extensions, so there is no conflict.
