Switching Users in XP

I have Windows XP and Office XP. I have customizations
in my own user preferences, eg. menus and toolbars. I am
now writing a user manual and need to have the default
settings in my Print Screens. I've switched users and
print screened what I need. So far I have been pasting
them into a Word doc and then saving it to the C drive,
switching back to my own profile, opening the file and
then copying and pasting them into my manual.

There must be an easier way then this! Anyone any ideas??

Your help would be much appreciated.

I guess what you are saying that you have to take the screen shots while
logged in as a user different that the user under which you are writing
the document?

Could you give both users full permissions to the document. Then when
logged in as either you can work directly on the document. Either keep
the doc where it is, or move into a "neutral" folder. Read more about
permissions in the articles in Help on "system administration". You'll
use the "Security" tab in properties on the file via Explorer.

Hope this is useful to you. Let us know.
