Symantec Fax Starter Error 231

I am receiving the "Symantec Fax Starter Edition Port
Starter error return = 231" error even though the
installation method I am using is Corporate/Workgroup.

Can the Fax Starter be disabled or uninstalled since I
don't need it?

Symantec WinFax Starter Edition is only available when using Outlook 2000 in
Internet Mail Only mode. Go to Tools->Options->Other->Advanced and under
the Add-in Manager, uncheck the option for the Fax. (It may be under the
COM-add ins - it has been a while since I used the WinFaxSE)
