We have a database in Access to track school families
information. In the fields where telephone numbers and
first names and birthdates are to appear, we have square
boxes coming up instead in one of the rows. All the other
rows of information are okay. We tried to delete the row,
but the row reappears when we reopen the database. When I
try to delete each field in the row independtely, I keep
getting a message that states: The search key was not
found in any record. Why are these squares showing up in
the fields and how can I delete this row? Thank you. You
can email me at konieczko_l/[email protected] or I will
check back on this site.
