What would be a good way to keep 2 different PDAs and Outlook on 2
different PCs syncronized?
What we have been doing is using Yahoo to sync the PCs and then
syncing the pdas at either PC. But what we are finding is Yahoo and
the PCs will not recognize all the appointments and create many
duplicates. Especially if an appt is changed on one PC, uploaded to
Yahoo then synced with the other PC. The second PC doesn't recognize
the appt and duplicates it, then that is added to the pda..then next
time yahoo is syncd it adds the dulicate back to yahoo and so on
duplicating the appt on every calander.
We are a mobile business with two people taking appointments from home
or by cell phone. Sometimes appointments are added to the pda's and
sometimes the PC's...We then need to combine everything and update all
the calanders regularly.
Ideally we would like to have the same scedule on all calanders..any
ideas?
