sync a desktop and tablet pc

Hi,
I need to know before purchasing the tablet pc if you can sync the desktop
computer and the tablet pc I have one note on the desktop and would love to
use it on a tablet pc... thanks in advance.

Depends upon what you want to sync. You can sync OneNote by just copying
the \My Notebook folders back and forth (you can use sync tools or scripts
if you like) or by placing it on a flash drive that you move back and
forth.
