sync a pc with biz contact mngr and a pc without bcm?

at office I have the ability to install / use outlook 03's biz contact manager

however, before I try it (and assume if I don't like it, bcm can be
uninstalled?)

I have a pocket pc which I sync with and then sync with my home pc where I
only have outook 03 but without bcm. will this cause any problems?? I also
sync my home desktop with my laptop which again has outook 03 but without bcm
