We use Groove with the standard set-up (ie not Enterprise Hosted Services),
and we are seeing the same kind of issues that have ended up being relay
server related in the past:
Two computers with different Groove accounts and sharing multiple workspaces
are both showing as online to themselves but offline to each other.
Invitations that have been accepted are still showing on the origin computer
as waiting for delivery or waiting for acceptence. On the invitee computer
they show up as Waiting to Send or Acceptance Sent.
On computer 1, all of our 100+ users show as offline -- this NEVER happens,
there is always someone online. On computer 2 with the same 100+ users, 3
people are showing online but messages to those users show waiting for
delivery.
In Network Diagnostics on computer 2 and computer 1, all Outbound
communications show "ATTEMPTING_CONNECTIONS"

We have Groove Enterprise Hosted Services. We are unable to see presence of
any of our users and also not able to sync data. It looks like a relay
server issue. Our relay server is blugro4relay.groove.microsoft.com. This
issue has been reported in the past by other user and Microsoft responded
that it is due to load-balancing issue on the relay server.
Help!
Thanks, Riaz.
