Sync auto complete email addresses to contacts list

I want to add (synchronize) the email addresses which I have in my auto complete email addresses cache into/with my contacts list

I have the Outlook.NK2 file but I don’t want to filter out email addresses from the code, is there an easy way

Not natively. You might be able to find some third party software that can
do this.
