I acuired a Blackberry and have been very happy with its sync capabilities to
outlook by means of the Blackberry Desktop Manager software app.
However, the BCM folders are not exposed to Outlook as 'normal' folders.
As a result I am unable to sync BCM items because the Blackberry app does
not 'see' the BCM folders.
My most difficult issue is about Tasks and Contacts, although perhaps
appointments act the same way.
I am able to manually drag Tasks and Contact to the outlook-only folders
from BCM and create copies of BCM tasks and contacts in the outlook-only
folders. But then I actually end up with dual items in Outlook and this
has... well, implications.
Leaving the nest here for a 3rd party solution screws up the outlook-BCM-MS
Accounting communications.
Does Microsoft have, or is Microsoft planning anything that might resolve
these issues?
Thanks,
Kimball
