sync between entourage and ms outlook

I own 2 computer
a PC - vista -ms outlook 2007 and a Mac 0s 10.5 - Entourage

my question is is it possible to sync file -eg. task, note between this 2 software ?? (outlook & entourage)

my main usage for this 2 software(outlook & entourage) is those note, task

pls help
