Sync Business Contacts w/PST

We want to sync Business Contacts with a user's Personal Contacts.
Has anybody had success therein? I've just edited and run a macro
somebody built and offered up on Experts Exchange but to no avail.

We can always delete the entire personal contacts folder and re-
transfer the current BCM data over, but a macro or program would be
ideal.
