Sync calendars through My Briefcase

i have outlook 2002 (win XP) on both my laptop and
desktop. i heard that its possible to sync the calendars
through "my briefcase." how do i place the calendar file
into my briefcase so i can put it on a disk and transfer
it to my laptop? if anyone knows, please tell me! Thank
you!

i started using the importer/exporter option under
calendar for transferring and updating calendars and both
my computers. however, when i export a file in "comma
separated windows" and then import the file through my
other computer, my appointments become duplicated? how
can this happen? if anyone can help, let me know. thanks.
