Sync calender, contacts, and tasks from Laptop to desktop?

How do I sync my calender, contacts, and tasks info from my Laptop (XP
Outlook 07) to my Desktop (Vista Ultimate Outlook 07) so they are the same
and update each other? Also can you sync emails too? Sorry, I could not
find this in help?
