Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange I have been able to set up my home Mac Entourage to receive work Mail directly from the MS Exchange Server at work -Brilliant.

I cannot seem to do the same with my contacts and calendar. I have looked in preferences and tried to set up another account for the MS Exchange Server, but while I was easily successful in doing this for mail, I don't seem to have the right information for Calendar and Contacts.

If you configure Entourage as an Exchange client, Entourage will pull all the default folders on his own. From default folders I mean Inbox, Calendar, Contacts and so on.

By any chance did you configure Entourage as an IMAP?

I have two Accounts "Comcast (POP)" and "Work Account (IMAP)".

The Work Account (MS Exchange Server) has the following settings:

Account Name: Work Account
Personal Information
    Name: Nicholas Scales
    Email Add: (e-mail address removed)

Receiving Mail
    Account ID: nick
    IMAP server: mail.orionre.com
   Password: beachst
"Save Password in my Mac OS keychain is checked

Under advanced setting: SSL Connection is checked
Override default IMAP port is filled in as "993" but is not check
Always us secure password is not checked

Sending Mail
SMTP server: mail.orionre.com (I don't know if this is correct, I can't mail out of the Exchange server from Home)

Under advance settings nothing is checked by Override Default STMP is filled in with "25'

IMAP is not the same thing as Exchange. When you set up your account you
need to specify "Exchange". Have a look at these instructions for
configuring an Exchange account. They were written for Entourage 2004
but are still valid for Entourage 2008.

Hope this helps!
