sync contacts in public fodlers with local contacts

Our company stores all our company contacts in a public folder in every outlook we will install. These work fine in outlook, but when syncing our blackberrys' these contats do not sync. There are also a couple other programs that use outlook's contacts and it doesn't pull the ones the the public folder.

I am wondering if there is a fix for this or if it would be possible to write a short script that would accomplish this task.

How is this an Outlook issue? I think you'd do better in an Exchange group
or (wishful thinking) whoever supports the sync software in question.

I figured maybe you could link them or something, or make them auto copy to the local contacts .
