sync data between handhelds and calendar

My wife and I both have Dell Axim X3's. We wish to sync them with the
calendar we use in Outlook (Office XP) and each other so all the appointment
data is available at all three locations. We sync using the dell cradle and a
USB cable. Our operating system is Windows XP home. Thanks.
