sync desktop office 2003 calender with office 2007

Just bought notebook PC with Vista and Office 2007 on it. I want to sync my
calender history and contacts from my XP Pro desktop Office 2003 machine to
my new notebook. I use my appointments to track my income for tax purposes
and need access to all appointments from last year.
