If it's Entourage 2004 you're using, you can get Pal
Berkowitz's Sync Entourage-iCal sripts set:

There is Pocketmac GoBetween:

Some people have more luck than others with this product (I'm in the second
category). The problem with them is that I don;t believe there is a demo
version.
