Sync Entourage with Treo 650

I would REALLY appreciate some help here. I cannot get my Microsoft
Entourage on my G4 to sync with my Palm Treo 650. I have gone to the
Mac store, they are stumped. I went to missing sync, still cannot get
it to work. Help, please.
